Publisher's Summary

Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, right? That's what they say, at least. I went into that day hoping I'd get the happiest day of my life. What I got? The worst. I mean, you really can't get any worse of a day without someone actually dying. So...I may have gotten just a little drunk, and maybe just a tad impetuous...and landed myself in a dive bar somewhere in Alaska, alone, still in my wedding dress, half wasted and heartbroken.
Eight brothers, one bar. Sounds like the beginning to a bad joke, yeah? I kinda think so. Wanna hear another joke? A girl walks into a bar, soaking wet and wearing a wedding dress. I knew I shouldn't have touched her. She was hammered, for one thing, and heartbroken for another. I've chased enough tail to know better. That kinda thing only leads to clinginess, and a clingy female is the last thing on this earth I need. I got a bar needs running and only me to run it - at least until my seven wayward brothers decide to show their asses up.... Then this chick walks in, fine as hell, wearing a soaked wedding dress that leaves little enough to the imagination - and I've got a hell of an imagination. I knew I shouldn't have touched her. Not so much as a finger, not even innocently. But I did.

...HE'S SO BADD BUT HE DOES IT SO WELL!!! 😋

May Contain Spoilers:
Wow! This was much sweeter than anticipated! Based on the title, I was expecting an intense, emotionally draining story, but was treated to some of the sweetest badd boys I've had the pleasure of listening too! These eight brothers didn't see eye to eye, went their separate ways, but there was no denying their deep brotherly love for one another. When tragedy struck, they came together to fulfill a last wish which will cost each brother one year of their time. Some of the brothers weren't too happy about the arrangement, but they all agreed they owed it to Sebastian. These sexy as sin brothers could be crude, lacked filters, but you could feel the love, and devotion they had for each other.

Poor Dru..... she was about to walk down the isle, say her "I do", have her HEA.... well that is until she catches her "good for nothing" fiancé in the act.... right before her wedding no less. Left broken hearted💔, she does what any INsane woman would do, she catches the next flight out, and finds herself in Alaska. Personally, I would have taken the next fight to Hawaii, Bahamas, Jamaica...... anywhere but Alaska.... but then again she wouldn't have found herself at Badd's bar drinking her sorrows away with the sexiest bartender Sebastian Badd. The sparks fly, chemistry ignites, and despite her situation these two are drawn to each other like a moth to a flame 🔥. Due to her last minute flight, she's come to Alaska with limited funds, and no place to stay, but Sebastian Badd is a GOOD, GOOD man! He agrees to let Dru stay with him in his apartment above the bar. Even though Sebastian is suppose to be a rebound fling for Dru, things heat up quickly, and they find themselves in an instant love affair. 💝

Things are going to get crowded real quick! One by one, the Badd brothers make it back to Badd's bar so they can start their one year commitment, and watch their older brother fall head over heals for his girl. The sex is STEAMY, HOT, and Sebastian takes it just as good as he can give it.

The narration was spot on! I enjoyed Summer and Tyler's performance! Well worth a credit, but it's also the perfect whispersync deal. I can't wait to hear the other Badd brothers stories!

OF ALL THE GIN JOINTS, IN ALL THE TOWNS,

In all the world, Dru walked into Sebastian's...

It was meant to be the happiest day of her life.. but heartbroken Dru had had the worst day ever and, because of her heartache and bad decisions, she found herself a long long way from Seattle.. yup she was stranded in Alaska. That was bad enough but she was still wearing her now ruined wedding dress, was tipsy, tired and broke too and Dru only wanted to drown her sorrows in the nearest bar.. but Fate and Destiny were up to their tricks.

Sebastian Badd was running Badd's Bar alone after his father's recent death - he was the short-order cook, bottle washer, bartender and manager all rolled into one sexy handsome badd-ass package and the relentless supply of willing women from the cruise ships meant his 'no strings' attitude worked out well for them. Sebastian happily thought he had things under control but a visit by his father's Lawyer brought news that his 7 younger brothers would be coming home from careers around the world as per the Wills request. That was bad enough but just as he was about to close for the night in walked an angel.. a bedraggled tipsy angel with no place to go - so Sebastian did what all good heroes should do.. he rescues the feisty maiden. But their instant combustible sexual attraction vs their very different lives and attitudes means it's going to be an explosive experience for the both of them.

Jasinda has written a very addictive chick-lit.. no, it wasn't deep, suspenseful or mentally challenging but I'm glad to say it was enjoyable, funny, heartwarming, bittersweet, entertaining and sinfully sexy. Both main characters had heart and heat.. neither one was a pushover and Legal Clerk Dru knew some kick-ass moves in and out of the bedroom. The relationship was instant - so if you're not a fan forget this listen. The sex scenes were hot and dirty talking Sebastian wasn't always the one in control coz Dru had some sexy moves of her own. And the slow arrival of all 7 equally blessed drool-worthy brothers brought out the tight family bond because each one had dropped everything to be by Sebastian's side as per the Will.. and antics, laughter, tears, fights and forgiveness ensued. Dual POV storyline which was well narrated with all the major feels.

Worth a credit? It's a YES from me.. all the characters were interesting and loveable, the plot, like the chemistry, sizzled and exploded into something wonderful and this book heralds a good introduction to the Badd brothers series.
