Despite being the junior Elemental, Logan's never had to worry about failing a mission before. Not until an overgrown and annoyingly attractive shifter comes along.

Being an Elemental is in Logan's blood. Hers is the gift of Air, a vast power she's still struggling to control. Then a Were named Connell hunts her down. His wolf is missing, and he blames her. A den of werewolves is the last place Logan wants to be. The testosterone alone is enough to make her choke. But she has a mystery to solve. She will find out who is stealing wolves even if kills her. Unfortunately, that's exactly what the enemy has planned....

Fun and Flirty!

I absolutely loved this book! It was funny and entertaining. Connell is a dominant alpha wolf shifter that has been stripped of his wolf. The only ones capable of doing such a thing are the elementals. Or so he thought.

When Connell chases down Logan to demand his wolf back, he realizes that not only did he believe her when she said they weren’t responsible, but he has become completely smitten with her.

Logan is a very powerful being as an air elemental. She is just as puzzled about who could strip him of his wolf as he is and agrees to help him find the culprits. She prefers to work a case alone but Connell refuses to leave her side.

The fact that Connell couldn't go all alpha on Logan was really entertaining. She’s really strong for such a tiny thing and can leave him in the dust by traveling with the wind. It takes sheer determination to keep her by his side. Their interactions had me laughing out loud a lot in this story.

This book takes you on a fun but serious journey to find out who stole Connells wolf and what their evil plans are. There were also a lot of enjoyable side characters to round out the story. I highly recommend this to fellow paranormal fans.

Meh. Way to ruin a series

I actually enjoyed the first book (FIRE); it had a great story with likeable protagonist and secondary characters. It also had a "smidgen" of romance - i.e. - the two main characters "paired" up at the end, after working together to solve the "mystery". THIS book was just plain stupid - it was ALL about "romance" and the author threw out the "strong female character" for the sake of a YA insipid romance. Just gross. Returned book.

I'm Done

This is my last book in this series . There is too much romance and nit enough mystery. The lead male character is a majoy a$$. He constantly underestimates Logan because she is a woman. I finally gave up and deleted the book. Tanya Erby did a good job with the voices, but, even she couldn't make this book tolerable for me.
