Took on too much

I adore this series, but face it, breaking up a marriage is a tough topic. I admire the author's attempt to create new scenarios. My problem is twofold. SPOILER ALERT. Firstly, I think the ending was too easy. It wasn't believable. Secondly, Bricker never seems to grow beyond his fascination with life mate sex. He is just shy of a 18 year old in maturity. He means well, but still has growing to do. A man over 100 years old surely has learned the value of true intimacy. Trust the nanos? I think not for this match.

Different than all the rest

Would you try another book from Lynsay Sands and/or Chris Andrew Ciulla?

I love Lynsay Sands' and read all her books. This one was one of my least favorites but still worth a listen. I am a huge fan of the Argeneau series and will listen to all of them at least once.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

Which scene was your favorite?

When they were dreaming. I just listen to that chapter over and over

Any additional comments?

This book did not have the fun dirty vampire sex that I come to expect and now demand in my books. The characters were no fun and I expected more from Justin B.
