This book dragged on unnecessary details, very little in terms of a story. There was no plot what so ever. I never write reviews but this was so bad that merit one. Performance was terrible. It was the same voice for all characters and narrated in a sleepy tone as if the reader was bored. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s just not worth it. I had to force myself to continue to listen to it thinking perhaps there is something else to it. But alas... I was sorely disappointed.
I believe if Jane Austen were alive and willing to write a sequel. This would be it. I have read multiple remakes and sequels... but none have come close to until this one... I love it.
