I enjoyed listening to this book. it was direct and forward in its way of describing things. It was made very clear, to-the-point and easy to read. I would out a lot of thing about Buddhism like its history and practice. I really understood the meditation and concept of Buddhism and helped me discover a lot about myself.
It is good to read about Buddhism and feel a good change inside. This book information has been defined through many extracts to give you conceptual knowledge so that you can implement it and you would be able to judge the nature of your mind. For more description there are given 5 simplest keys to freedom from suffering.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (often abbreviated CBT) is basically the logical conclusion of philosopher Rene Descartes’ famous phrase, “I think therefore I am.” Before jumping on to the “think yourself thin” bandwagon though, keep in mind that CBT is designed to address a problem everyone has - imperfect circumstances - and learning to control your thoughts rather than letting your thoughts or circumstances control you.
