I have listened to The Path of Energy more than once and have the kindle edition so I can refer to the meditations, which I do often. I have integrated many of these practices into my daily system of growth and well being.

The meditations are excellent, delivered without commentary, you can simply follow the instructions and experience very powerful results. Find which resonates for you and make it part of your life.
