Publisher's summary

Change the way you think about leadership. At the age of 33, Dr. Albert Mohler became the youngest president in the 153-year history of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He was the driving force behind the school’s transformation into a thriving institution with an international reputation characterized by a passionate conviction for truth. In the process, he became one of the most important and prominent Christian voices in contemporary culture.

What will it take to transform your leadership? Effective leaders need more than administrative skills and vision. They need to be able to change the hearts and minds of those they lead. Leadership like this requires passionate beliefs that can stand up to pressure from outside and within. Now, for the first time, Dr. Mohler reveals 25 principles to crystallize your convictions, while revolutionizing your thinking, your decision making, your communication, and ultimately those you lead.

One you must revisit....

I've been an audible subscriber for almost eight years and have built a large library of audio books. This is on the short list of books I read EVERY year sometimes more than once.

Anyone aspiring to leadership or in leadership should read this book!

Very good book.

Good read. Makes very interesting points about leadership that have wide application. The last chapter was different than anything else I’ve read on leadership.

A worthwhile read

Certainly worth your time (although I’d recommend listening on double speed). Mohlers points in each chapter are simple, but worth hearing. If you want the cliff notes, chapters 1-2 set the thesis of the argument and from there I would say that chapters 4, 12, 15, 22, 23, & 24 are the best. There’s at least one good takeaway in every chapter though so I’d recommend listening to all of it even if you speed up certain parts

Great content.

This book captures the true essence of leadership from over 20 aspects. Whether a Christian or part of an organization that has core values this is a great resource. As part of a college class I was charged with writing a book review to identify weaknesses and omissions and I found neither.
