Critic reviews

"'Called, but not yet equipped.' Now there’s a phrase I can relate to. That’s how my friend Brad Lomenick describes his initiation into the world of leadership. Little did he know that his discipline and faithfulness would eventually land him in a role that would give him the opportunity to influencetens of thousands of emerging leaders in the U.S. and around the world. The Catalyst Leader is a must-read for next-gen leaders who want to start strong, end strong, and change their worlds along the way." (Andy Stanley, senior pastor, North Point Ministries)
"In The Catalyst Leader, Brad Lomenick shares eight essentials for becominga change maker - a young leader who has the potential to dramatically impact the world for the sake of the Kingdom. I highly recommend this book to those who are passionate about the calling God has placed on their lives." (Jim Daly, president, Focus on the Family)
"Not surprisingly, Brad walks deftly between vision and reality, stirring an ache and a resolve in the hearts of leaders. This is one of the best books I’ve read on leadership in recent memory. It is a clear, compelling, and stirring call to leaders everywhere." (Nancy Ortberg, author, Non-Linear Leadership)

Solid leadership advice.

The author gave real world examples of how he lead at different points in his life, from early adulthood to leading his company. Brad even shares moments when he did not make the best decision for his company. All is written with a Christ oriented direction.

Happy I read it!

I definitely learned a lot reading the book and am happy I did although there was a lot of time focused on broad topics anyone can learn lessons from.
