Life Changing!
The title really rings true. If you master the habits that Adam Houge sets forth in this book, you will find your life changed for the better. Regardless of the circumstance or highs and lows of life, you can live in constant peace and joy and if you make these habits a lifestyle.
It is a short, concise, yet friendly read. I recommend it to anyone!
