A substantial summary.
Summary: Anxious for Nothing: Finding Calm in a Chaotic World is one substantial summary. I used to take anxiety for granted. Now I’m enlightened. It can be so destructive as it can scramble one’s brain and lead to more emotional and social problems. Luckily, the book teaches how to handle simple anxiety as it can build steadily through time and be a big problem. The number of tips this book shared are noteworthy.

Glad I gave this book a try.
I didn’t know anxiety can be an addiction. I’ve been suffering from depression and anxiety for a month now because of the loss of my sister. I’m glad I gave this book a try. A friend talked me out of it and this is one of the best things that happened to me. The insights are simple and straightforward.
