A magnificent book that brought so much insight to my life and walk with Christ.

Excellent all around!

I noticed the book at a friend's house and was intrigued by the title. It is an excellent work all around! Jack Frost writes with a tender openness and transparency about his own story and struggles. I learned a lot, and am definitely a different person because of the lessons I learned through this story. Highly recommend. I will definitely be going through this book again!

2nd review. This can be life changing

This is a fantastic book. if you have struggled with loving-kindness in your life you need this book and then read Experiencing the Father's Embrace by the same author.

The narration is awful ... but the path isn't always an easy one. Are you willing to suffer a little to find the fruit that is waiting?

Needs better narration!

Great book! Horrible narrator!!! Please get someone else to narrate. He pronounces every word “a” (indefinite article) as a long a sound, and most words “the” (definite article) with a long e sound. I don’t know if I can get through the whole book, but I will try.

Wow! Just. Wow!

I feel like this book addressed so many things that I have had in my heart. I am walking away with a renewed sense of who I am and what the Father has for me. It has inspired me to reflect on my relationship with God, and how it affects my relationships with others.

Offers a New Perspective

My sister gifted this book to me for Christmas because she credited it with showing her a new perspective and offered guidance down a path of healing. To quote her, “This book changed my life!” It didn’t disappoint.

My only criticism is not the book itself but the narrator’s performance. I personally found his reading very distracting. Every V was pronounced as a B and the pace was very slow. Listening at 1.25x or 1.5x helps. Nevertheless, the content far outweighed the performance. It was a great read/listen.

Loved the way it was laid out. He told lots of stories and testimonies which helps to understand and recognize where we the readers are and what we need to change etc.... I had read several reviews and they were on target in explaining this book. Totally enjoyed it !
