Narration detracts/distracts from material

What did you like best about Seven Cups of Consciousness? What did you like least?

Many concepts resonate with me and others do not. Each time I want to return the audio she says something of value and I become hesitant. The reading is annoying. Too much tone inflection. Makes me want to turn it off.

What didn’t you like about Aleya Dao’s performance?

I would rather hear a simple narrative instead of all the extra voice inflection. It makes it difficult to take the information seriously.

Was Seven Cups of Consciousness worth the listening time?

Somewhat hard to listen to but interesting.

Any additional comments?

Useful information to ponder, imo. Some concepts seem contrived but I don't know everything. I cannot discount them simply because it is unfamiliar.
