So much better than I anticipated

Judging from the description of the book, I was hopeful that the content would be strong and applicable to the circumstances that I was applying it to. What I was not expecting to find was an excellent voice telling the story, audibly and from a content perspective. At some point early on it became obvious that much of the book was an audible version of the author's blog. I wasn't sure how I felt about that upon hearing it but as the book continued I appreciated the voice and the perspective from which each chapter and portion was written. I highly recommend listening to this if you were interested in changing your church I highly recommend listening to this if you are interested in changing your church or leadership style for the better

Practical & Tough

This book should be required reading for spiritual leaders and their staff. Some of the discussion is tough, but much needed. As a senior leader, I'm challenged to grow and change. Some of these concepts we have done well, others I see the need for improvement. Get the book and read it slowly.
