Great book. Easy to listen too.
I liked this book. I've listened to it at least twice already. There is a lot of great material in this book. A great Balance between scientific information, biblical inflation and application.

Solid analysis of many emotional hang ups. Very hopeful. Not overly spiritual or theoretic. Would be even better with more specific steps to take to journey through healing.

wish the narrator would slooow down
fantastic content from the author however the narrator's performance left me exhausted...i wish he wouldn't read quite so fast so the listener can digest the profound truths of the book.

Truth and Hope Here For the Hopeless
