Publisher's Summary

If it's good, it must be God. Right? These days the terms good and God seem synonymous. We believe that what's generally accepted as good must be in line with God's will. Generosity, humility, justice - good. Selfishness, arrogance, cruelty - evil. The distinction seems pretty straightforward.
But is that all there is to it? If good is so obvious, why does the Bible say that we need discernment to recognize it? Good or God? isn't another self-help message. This audiobook will do more than ask you to change your behavior. It will empower you to engage with God on a level that will change every aspect of your life.

Such an important message

Saved by grace, and called to be a holy people, set apart. This book provides such great insight into what it means to live a Christian life, and how what we see as good may not always be God's will. Eve was not attracted to the tree of knowledge of good and evil because it was blatantly occult or obviously bad... She saw that it was good, pleasant and desirable. And she was deceived. She disobeyed God, by doing what she thought to be good.
I liked this book because it tells how one is able to live a holy life. For me, personally, I was intimidated by the thought of having to try and live a holy life because I was depending on my own efforts and my own flesh to perform. But I see now that so long as I depend on myself I will surely fail. And the only solution is to depend on Jesus, behold him, and be transformed by His Spirit into His likeness--holy, empowered by His amazing grace.

Very good, balanced

The bible can be so confusing. Different churches preaching from both extremes. Balance of gods love and fearing him is key.

Incredible. So well written and narrated.

If you're a black and white, good or bad, no inbetween, kind of person, this is the book for you. If you're unsure of where the boundaries are as a Christian, this book so clearly defines them. A must read for all Christians.
