Very well written!

Very well written! Great for those just beginning to realize they're empaths, as it explains so much about this dynamic experience/existence and provides great analogies to illustrate such complexity. Additionally, the author offers some really great, foundational tools to help empaths protect and nurture their gift. This book is also great for those who have long since recognized this reality for themselves and whom have either intuitively, or thru other learning, have already put into practice many of these tools... such as myself. I still got so much out of it. Thanks!! The narrator's voice is pleasant too. :)

Helped me understand myself!

My mother was an empath and told me I was, as well. She has been gone over 20 yrs. and I have been busy - married, raised our children, career now a grandma - I finally now have time to learn about me...I clearly should have read this book YEARS ago - then I wouldn't have struggled so much knowing how to accept my ability and keep away from those who dragged me down emotionally, mentally. This was a Wonderful Book! Thank you for publishing it!

Wow! I have much to learn!

I am a woman, in my late 50's and probably been an empathy my whole life! I am an avid reader/audio listener/student of life, and now have much more clarity, on where to go from here! This book has been a pleasant ride on a wild journey of life, but, verifies many things I intuitively knew, as well as bringing many new tools and general information to the table!

What is Empath

Empath is a person with the paranormal ability to apprehend the mental or emotional state of another individual. We all know that people who have special abilities aren't treat well.
