Deeply moving treasure.
I have listened to this at least 5 times, each time I find new aspects and magical meaning. It is just amazing, a world first for sure. You are immersed in various cultures, it takes you on a journey like no other. I just love it to bits.

A good primer yet could be SO much better...
What made the experience of listening to Becoming An Oracle the most enjoyable?
This is a meditative journey - the person narrating does I feel have some distracting nuances in her delivery that at times were off putting (like she could have done a re-take on some lines before publication) - the content is a good primer for the mystery teachings to which I found most enjoyable yet lacking in depth in some areas... a good primer though for someone starting off...
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
for me personally, I think if your going to do something do it full out and don't just leave an audible book "to your imagination" in some areas - which is how I felt this was intended at times with it just playing music meditatively (I purchased it for the content not to just meditate to sounds) - its concept is pure genius though and very rare I will say that ! A lot of effort has gone into this but it could have been so much more detailed - I was left wanting more - the ending and beginning were the best parts - middle just felt a bit like there could have been more content and that at times it was just filled or made up on the spot...
Would you listen to another book narrated by Nicki Scully?
She has a relaxing voice, but needs to not make it seem as if she is just saying it without a script which at times it felt as if it was just coming from her own head with some awkward moments that could have just been edited out...
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It took me on a journey and was nice to fall asleep too
Any additional comments?
Just please keep this concept up as it is amazing and unique, but add more content, make the guided imagery longer and work on editing errors out before publication - all this is constructive of course !

A great audio full of various traditions. I found the music too up beat for the content but it doesn't take away the magic of the journeys.
