A fantastic book
A wonderful book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age such as myself. I found this book relatable and generally intelligent. I further highly recommend this book.

4 hours of positivity a day
This book offers a strategy, not a plan, for resolving conflicts and achieving happiness. The tone is positive, and the messages are optimistic and inspiring. It encourages people to rethink religions, secular ethics, and peace, with empathy and compassion as core values.
The book reflects His Holiness's six principles:
1. Non-violence
2. Tolerance
3. Accept every religion in its uniqueness
4. A religious person is someone who collaborates in preserving the earth
5. Patience
6. Death & rebirth
One doesn't have to agree with everything in it to agree with it and benefit from its wisdom.
