The Amplified Bible is a Literal Equivalent translation that, by using synonyms and definitions, both explains and expands the meaning of words in the text. This unique system of translation allows the reader to more completely and clearly grasp the meaning as it was understood in the original Hebrew and Greek languages.
For example, the Greek word pisteuo, which the vast majority of versions render as “believe.” That simple translation, however, hardly does justice to the many meanings contained in the Greek pisteuo: “to adhere to, cleave to; to trust to have faith in; to rely on, to depend on.”

Better chapter labels
The reading, topic and translation is top notch. There are a few things that would make this much better. 1-label the portions according to the books they contain, 2-when viewing the list of sections show which portion you are currently listening to (unless I'm missing something) and 3-allow user to add flags or titles of their own to help with navigation. Bookmarks help but this would be better.

Perfection
Loved it. Couldn't stop listening. Not overly dramatized(like the kjv version). The voice is bang on the money. calm, collected and somewhat soothing.

The only problem is that Audio Bible is not not compatible with the printed Amplified Bible version - Amplified Bible-Am-Large Print: Captures the Full Meaning Behind the Original Greek and Hebrew (October 6, 2015).
