Good advice However simple

Simple and good advice. I have read many relationship books and I would have liked a little more substance. I believe the best audience for this are young adults. I enjoyed listening but didn’t hear anything new. I would recommend reading the five love languages and Hold Me Tight if you are in a relationship and want strong advice. This book was not a bad choice and it was pleasant to read, but I do refer more clinical books.
