After that, James Lovelock created the Gaia Theory. His latest book is The Vanishing Face of Gaia: A Final Warning. Lovelock tells Steve Paulson that our planet is a self-regulating system that will carry on without people and that it is too late to reverse global warming. Humanity will just have to live with the consequences, if it can.
And finally, Geoffrey Colvin is the author of Talent is Overrated and Fortune Magazine's Senior Editor at large.
