just finished season 7 , but at some point with about 5 or 6 episodes left there was a welcome to season 8 , I thought it strange but didn't mind, I'll listen to any episode of gunsmoke

as a side note to any baseball fan, there is an episode that is fantastic, no spoilers but guaranteed to be a treat for any fan of GS and baseball
