Publisher's summary

Writer Neal Pollack was shocked by the way his public school district teaches students about the origins of species. In this episode, Neal sends Elijah to a bar outside a convention of 1,700 biologists to learn about what he isn't hearing in school: evolution.

SCIENCE!!! 👽👻

I had to replay the beginning, but at 0.75X speed so I could understand what Elijah was saying. I still like this series!

Not inclusive

Neal wants his son to learn about evolution- that’s a worthwhile goal. But why not go about it in a positive way, and not insulting the other side at every turn? Honestly, I didn’t learn much about evolution in this episode. All I learned was that the host believes in it, and things that it should be taught in school. And he gives the feeling that people who believe in Biblical Creation are foolish. But there are many creationist scientists. Science is a broad world, and every point of view has a right to be heard, with its evidence.
