Absolutely Captured

Ever one of the Johnstone's books has you biting your nails and pausing from daily tasks in anticipation for to see what will happen next. always a solid delivery by Jack Garrett. Can't wait for the rest of them.

Change of Narrator took some getting used to.

The first nine books were read by J Rodney Turner. I'm not saying this new guy is bad or anything, but the established voices by Rodney suddenly being completely different this far into the series took a while for me to get used to. That being said it is a good read and still adds to story quite well.

Preacher for president!

Great expression of frontier, honesty, dignity, courage, all the things you find lacking in today’s society

Miss Rodney Turner’s Narration

This is a good story, performed by a wonderful narrator, but I associate him with Gabriel Allon or Walt Longmier, not Preacher. Rodney Turner is Preacher.

End a bit lacking .

Very good story until the end. Then it just ended with no big drama. Just felt that the author simply ran out of steam and finished it with no big fight at the end.

Good But Running Out Of Steam

Includes a good deal of material that is simply repeated from earlier books. This is #10 in a series. Not sure why the author felt the need to repeat so much history as though it was a stand alone book

Narration is good and the story is fine

Upset for 2 reasons

When you listen to nine books then the voice of the character is don by a different person it is disappointing.

Also, I am disappointed because this is the last in the series to be done audible. I would have continued to purchase the rest of the series.

narrator is awful

The narrator is as bad as Danny Campbell. Why don't you stick with either J Rodney Turner or Jack Garret
