Great Information

Enjoyed it. I would recommend it. It can get kind of repetitive towards the end but still well worth full listen

Wasn't great.

Mostly a recounting of why you would be interested in stocism rather than getting into actual stoic philosophy.

Good Material Not Well Performed

This is an excellent overview of stoicism. It is unfortunate that the reading is flat with little to no understanding of the content. The audio is clear, but the cadence is off.

I found the book good, with useful contain and right topics. however the reading is a bit fast and may requiere to repeat portions to get all concepts

Not Ultimate, more like "here are the reasons why"

This is a dandy short intro to Stoicism. It is long on why and short on how. Author takes some liberties with personal views on multiculturalism and Positive psychology in the presentation.
