Martial artist or not, you'll love this.

Would you listen to Zen in the Martial Arts again? Why?

Yes. It's a treasure trove of lessons that will need reviewing as circumstances in my life change. It has helped me immensely in my martial arts training - the mindset it trains you to have is something that will make you strong in life, and on the mats.
