Publisher's Summary

What is masculinity? Ask 10 men, and you'll get ten vague, conflicting answers. Unlike any book of its kind, The Way of Men offers a simple, straightforward answer - without getting bogged down in religion, morality, or politics. It's a guide for understanding who men have been and the challenges men face today. The Way of Men captures the silent, stifling rage of men everywhere who find themselves at odds with the overregulated, overcivilized, politically correct modern world. If you've ever closed your eyes and wished for one day as a lion, this book is for you.

A book I plan on reccomending my sons

Where to start? An amazing book which makes you understand yourself as a man better, and how we fit into this world.

It addresses and answers so many questions a man goes through life asking himself. What does it mean to be a man? What does it mean to be a good man? What does it mean to be good at BEING a man?

Most importantly. This book talks about what sort of lifestyle/society humanity had come from, and the dark direction we are going towards. It does get a bit dark towards the later chapters, but all throughout it is attention grabbing and interesting book.

It talks about topics of survival, masculinity, femininity, strength, courage, mastery, honor, society amongst many.

Chapter 13 was the one that hit home the hardest, look forward to it.

Give it a try, it was really a great book which I plan on letting my sons read. It will help you understand yourself better, what more could you ask for, for a mere 15 bucks?

Only reason for 4/5 Performance is that a small portion of the book, had choppy recorded audio and skipped. But it went away as book progressed. The book is narrated by the author, which conveys the information smoothly.

Some related books one might also read after this: No More Mr Nice Guy By Robert Glover and 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene.

Eye Opening Introspective Look

Jack has written one of the most eye opening books I have ever read. Chapter 13 especially made me realize how society uses men and seeks to replicate pseudo masculine activities in an effort to placate men to get them to do it's bidding. I look forward to reading another book by Jack Donovan, Becoming A Barbarian, which was not available on Audible at the time this review was written.

A must read for any man feeling lost

Jack Donovan strips masculinity down to it's raw elements and clearly explains what makes us men. He explains where masculine ideals come from and what they mean in modern society and in a civic sense.

Poor recording

This is a poor recording, skipping all over the place cutting out words making it frustrating to listen to.
How about you pay a professional reader to read your book. Also pay for a professional recording. it sounds like your recording this on your phone.
I'm not angry at you, just disappointed.

Amazing observation on PC culture<br />

At first Jack's narration threw me off a little as he was getting into the rythm of the book but eventually i grew to enjoy it and this book is exceptional!!! i implore anyone who is seeking an explanation and direction in this PC and feminized world of too much red tape and male isolation. I am a fan.
