Narration made it hard to listen

The information is decent, however, the narrator’s cadence and delivery made it difficult to stay engaged. Wouldn’t recommend using her to deliver information like this again.

Not worth the listen.

this book was extremely basic. I would suggest it possibly to grade school or middle school children. For someone who is serious about learning about health and nutrition do not waste your time with this book.
