A New York Times best seller.
Get ready to encounter a book that will change your experience as a woman in a powerful new way. Author, educator, and School of Womanly Arts founder Regena Thomashauer has been working with women for the past 25 years, and what began as just a few women in her living room has since grown into a global movement with thousands of graduates worldwide.
In her newest book, Pussy: A Reclamation, you'll discover what no one taught you about the source of your feminine power and how to use it. It's no secret that women today are still undervalued at home, at work, and in relationships. Too many of us are at war with our bodies and disconnected from our truth.
See, we live in a culture that teaches us to turn off. To play small. To take care of everyone else first. To keep a lid on our dreams and a cork in our truth.
This book is written to reacquaint a woman with her own power source - which is the part of herself she has been taught to ignore, push down, and despise. Indeed, the word that most viscerally sums up that power is, as Regena puts it, "arguably the most powerful pejorative word in the English language". Like any expletive used effectively, the title of this book is meant to be a wake-up call. It is a reclamation in a world that desperately requires the feminine.
Here's what you'll learn:
The key practices required to seek and speak your deepest truth, no matter what
How to embody radical self-celebration and why it will change your life
How to end the war with your body - and, rather, see it for what it is: beautiful, sacred, powerful, and so, so worthy of approval
How to trade depletion, obligation, overwork, and resentment for gratitude-filled, passionate contribution to our families, communities, and society
Why a woman's sensual awareness is critical for her spiritual, intellectual, and emotional health
What's ahead on the next frontier of feminism - and how you can help make it happen
And oh, so much, much more
This provocative, groundbreaking book brings forth a whole new paradigm for women along with game-changing tools and practices to navigate any area of your life - relationships, career, body, confidence, sensuality, and more.
By turns earthy and erudite, passionately argued and laugh-out-loud funny, Pussy delivers the tools and practices a woman requires to do and be whatever she wants in this life. It's a call for her to tune in, turn on, and not drop out - but live more richly, fully, and lusciously than she ever thought she could.
There's a revolution afoot, and you're invited.
“Required reading for every woman who longs to step into her power and live with pleasure and purpose.” (Kris Carr, New York Times best-selling author)

Hippy Trippy Dilight
Well, I have quite of variety of kinds of books so it's apples and oranges but I would say that its overall conceptual impactfulness is top 10.
None, It's unique in my personal library.
Nope, never, but I probably will now, she makes me laugh and think, and then laugh at what I'm thinking about like "did she really just make me take that seriously?"
I liked the idea of this book but once I started I felt like "what is this hippy trippy sh*t?" I thought I was getting a historical perspective on feminism and female empowerment over the ages and instead I'm getting some tripe about the Goddess? Is this a joke? I'm a nerdy gal most of my books are informational, science, history, psychology, a little philosophy and so on... I was Not expecting this book to hit me with pussy juice marking of territory or sister Goddess Swamping(Akin to group dance therapy), But Actually, this book didn't suck.
What saved it was as I read I felt that although packaged in a way that I would never have gone for myself, this book tells its truth and it is a powerful one.
If you're like me and not super new age'y I would encourage you to look past the wrappings to the meat of this book, When she says "Sister Goddesses" you can think "The Squad" or your "Female Support Team". When she says Learn to be a "Courtesan" Think being your idea of a sexy badass female who is unapologetic about every aspect of herself.
And as the book goes on you may just catch yourself mentally calling yourself a Goddess because why the F*ck not? You are that awesome and WE DO RUN THE WORLD after all... You might find yourself choosing to be your personal ideal woman instead of the patriarchies version of Ladylike. Whatever/whoever your Ideal woman/Self may be, you can bring your Squad along for the laughs, tears, loves and losses, all bringing each other higher in support and love.
That's the message of this book. You are enough and so am I and when we rock out together we are so much more than just Enough and we then have the ability to share that greatness with others making the world a better and more Pussy friendly place.
So I recommend letting this book make you feel a little silly, sad, fierce, and fanciful, let it be the Hippy Trippy Delight that I found it to be.
