Publisher's Summary

Medicare finally simplified for the everyday person - explained in layman's terms.
Medicare Broken Down so Simply, You'll Know Exactly What to Expect and How to Ensure You Are Receiving the Best Medical Coverage Possible.
Health-care costs in the United States are growing higher every year - especially for those over 65. Approaching the autumn of your life without being confident your health-care costs will be covered can be very frightening.
Simply put, if you don't understand how Medicare works, you could be missing out on proper coverage that could protect you and your loved ones.
You will hear about Medicare on the news and in the paper all time, but most people don't understand how it really works. It's time you fully understand what Medicare is, how it works, and what it means for you. No other book is going to teach you about it from the ground up - discussing the history of this federal health insurance and how it will affect your life when you turn 65.
Contrary to what some politicians might state, Medicare is not going anywhere in the foreseeable future. Medicare coverage costs represent a significant portion of the federal budget and are only expected to grow in the coming years.
For many American seniors, Medicare coverage will provide the only source of health-care coverage. And for those who do have other insurance coverage (e.g., COBRA), it's important to know exactly how Medicare fits into an overall health-care plan. The fact of the matter is you need to understand how Medicare works!
Medicare Simplified has been specifically designed with ease of learning in mind to ensure you don't get stuck or lost or lose hope when trying to understand Medicare.

Very important information you need to know

Where does Medicare: Simplified rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It was a surprise to me. I was surprise at how much a person needs to know about medicare in their retirement years.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Medicare: Simplified?

I think it was the shock of how much a person should know before they sign up for medicare. I would not want to try to read this much information about medicare. I was thankful it has been made into an audio book for easy of listening. I would not care to depend of someone else for my needs in retirement. Having the knowledge ahead of time just feels most comforting.

Any additional comments?

Great information

This is a really great eye-opening overview of Medicare. This information is amazing. It will be especially useful for newcomers to the US. And it’s all neatly packaged in this audiobook, which is ONLY one and a half hours long. After reading it, you’ll be clearly informed. Learning the history of Medicare will also prove to be fascinating if it’s new to you as it was to me.

In a nutshell: Read this!!! You won’t regret it.
