Beware Bad Reviews those defending opposing choice
JCPearce has been o e of the greatest voices to cultivate new awareness in knowledge long kept out of reach of people who are not in scientific study. Despite decades of work in these areas, I find Pearce to be the top recommendation I give to people.
It would be impossible to put one of his publications over any other, but Biology of Transcendence is my top recommendation for non-parents.
This is a beautiful meeting of human evolutionary endeavor and scientific data supporting those efforts for a profound amount of time

Folk psychology, and little more
Can you handle an argument based around how intelligence and intellect are opposites? Me either. They blame most social problems on the faulty mom/baby bonding perpetuated by hospital births. Yah, Big-Medica is out to get us. They claim that the American child is the most emotionally deprived child in the world. Poor USA. Those tsunami orphans have it so much better.
Even though they mention academic papers, this interview strikes me as unscientific opinion. Merely folk psychology.
