Most Helpful

The narrator, Christine Marshall is unlistenable.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Christine Marshall reads The New Yorker as if it were a children's book. She rushes breathlessly through the text, her voice rising and falling inappropriately. It's too annoying to endure. The only relief is to forward to the next article, though there is no next article in this issue. The other narrator, Dan Bernard, is excellent.
