Superbly edited and narrated, but . . . .

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I actually have recommended it to many friends and colleagues. Avanced learners of English as a foreign language, including myself, can benefit greatly from this superbly written and narrated program. We can improve our English while keeping up to date on what's happening around the world.

Any additional comments?

A different audio edition of the NYT for international subscribers would be greatly appreciated. It could include more editorials and columns, preferably unabridged, as well as international news and less local news.

I hope the great narrator (Where's his name?) will get well soon. I admire his professionalism.

Hay fever strikes again!

Who would approve and ship an audio product recorded by a man with a sore throat and congested sinuses? The New York Times, apparently....

It would appear that NYT doesn't have any backup voices for their audio digest.
