The NYT Audio Digest gives a good overview of what is happening in America and around the world. However I would find a short pause (1-2 seconds) between the different sections very helpful. At the moment the last sentence of one topic is spoken in the same way and tone as the first sentence of the next topic with almost to pause, "ripping" you out of one story into the next. I find this very irritating. A short silence in between would make clear to the listener that one section ended and a new section is starting.
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
What did you like best about this story?
The writing is good.
What didn’t you like about The New York Times’s performance?
Everything. The reader doesn't seem to have any sense of what he's saying. It eventually began to drive us crazy.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Any additional comments?
I want to cancel my subscription to this, but can't figure out how.
