Does the missing diary finally reveal what happened to old Aunt Flora? Is the case of Bella Foxley really closed? And what happened to the boys from the local reformatory that went missing at the same time? Enjoyable and great reader
Love the Mrs Bradley books ...Would love to be able to hear more
Interesting story ...quite involved and think the reader does a very good job ...very versatile with her character fortelling
Great story ..Interesting
narrator brings characters to life
the narrator, she is really wasted on the thin story line
too convoluted, too many twists in the plot that strain one's credulity, a bit more straightforward action would have been better
The heroine, Mrs Bradley, is depicted as a very clever woman. Then why does she make the most awful mistakes? Apart from that, it's a nice enough book, but not one I should like to read twice.
