Audible Editor Reviews

In a glorious performance, Carl Prekopp embodies the utterly gruff private investigator John Mannering, better known as the Baron. Additionally, he adds a sense of grittiness to the crime drama Trap The Baron, by John Creasly, which was originally printed under the pseudonym Anthony Morton.
With an abrupt phone call from a panicked man looking to sell some jewels, and then the sudden arrival of a most stunning woman looking to recover her stolen diamonds moments later, John Mannering might just be experiencing a case of coincidence, though with his history he doesn't consider that to be likely. Enjoy this tale of intrigue, as The Baron and his brilliant wife, Lorna, solve the mystery.
