Great story and plot for a Lifetime movie!

Would you listen to The Shut-In again? Why?

Yes, I listened to it twice to make sure that I got all the details.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Shut-In?

When the protagonist named each of her drones and enlisted the assistance of one when running from the killer.

What does Caitlin Greer and Kevin T. Collins bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I liked Greer's voice for this character. Unfortunately Mr. Collins' voice was very unsettling. It was not what he said but how he voiced the character. It was nauseating. If I were to read the book the voice would have sounded different in my head.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It was easy to do so due to the length.

Any additional comments?

Very interesting story and just the right length. Not sure how much Patterson contributed to the book because it doesn't seem like his writing. I almost passed on this one because the quality of a few of Patterson's books lately has not been very good. Maybe he should focus on short stories until he gets his rhythm back.

I loved the premise

The premise of this book is what hooked me. I liked the idea of a rear window like story about a girl who was shut inside her apartment and witnesses a murder. There's a good twist I didn't see coming.

The Shut In .... I expected much better

The narrator of this book was so overly dramatic I couldn't finish listening , even though it was a very short "Shot' as these short stories are named. Caitlin Greer , as the voice of the young girl was fine, Bot Kevin T Collins was terrible as all the other characters. I may enjoy this one if I read the book instead.
