"Thank you for not telling on me before." She said, walking over to him. He smiled, knowing he had won. She handed him his pills, and the glass of water on the table next to his bed. He swallowed them down, one at a time. She held his arm out, and slid the needle right into a vein. "Wait a minute," he protested, trying to pull his arm back, but she kept a hold. "That’s not my…" "That’s right, this isn't your regular meds. But don’t worry, within 60 seconds, you are going to be dead, and it’s going to look like a heart attack. How dare you try to blackmail and make me do these things, knowing what I've been through! I want you to know as well, I am going to kill your wife as soon as she walks in here. She will die of suffocation. I will make it look like she killed herself by drowning in the bathtub. I will get away with it." His eyes started to roll, but he could still hear her. She had to be quick with the last thing she had to say, before he lost consciousness. He had to know the truth. "One last thing William Otter. I've got a bombshell, too..."
