Publisher's summary

Sean Lincoln, an ex intelligence agent turned investigative reporter is approached by the beautiful Sarah Scott, a woman with a mysterious past and a story so incredible that if true will not only alter the perception of human history, but the course of humanity’s future.

Uncovering the greatest conspiracy ever known, they must survive and overcome a network so evil, so ancient and powerful that none dare challenge it.

In a heart-stopping race against time, they align with the Knights Templar in a frantic bid to expose a Dark Cabal that would seek to enslave the world. From Washington DC, to London and the enigmatic Holy Loch, through Tibet, Denver, Area 51 and the secret bases of the Antarctic where the final battle for the spirit and freedom of humankind will be fought.

With a lightning pace and incredible concept, The Order of the Nephilim will have you questioning everything you ever thought that you knew and learning much about that which others would wish you didn’t know at all.

The ‘Order’ is coming for you... are you ready?

Difficult to even write a witty headline for this

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Not downloading it.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Anything but this trash.

Did Simon Treselyan do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Yes, unfortunately the author is a reasonably good narrator, which is all the more surprising given the trite POS he had to work with.

What character would you cut from The Order of Nephilim?

All of them. This book should never have been recorded, or even published.

Any additional comments?

Take every single conspiracy theory you know, and I mean ALL of them, throw them all into a disjointed, sprawling mess, and you have this "work". I literally listened to the entire thing from the POV that it just couldn't get any worse, and it proved me wrong...it did!

And then, when you thought it would thankfully conclude, he leaves the door open for a sequel. Pray that doesn't happen, and avoid this offering like a bad headcold.

reading reviews, expected awful. only semi awful.

The only good thing about this book is that you can use it to take notes on every conspiracy or ontology story known to man. And then you mix those up and have a jumbled stew that does not hold together.

Lots of interesting information

ok. The ending was kind of abrupt. I've read a lot of other spy stories that were much more in depth about how you're tracked. This was kind of simplestic.
