The Haunting of Rachel Harroway

The discovery of a serial killer's burial ground rocks the peaceful town of Highlands, North Carolina. Rachel Harroway, a tragic detective with the ability to see the dead, and her brilliant atheistic partner, Jenson Peak, are put on the case. Only through the use of their unique talents can the orphaned dead find rest and the reinvigorated killer be brought to justice.

Stolen

Lena Hayes is in the middle of the biggest fight of her political career. Her proposed piece of legislation will hold oil fracking companies accountable for the harm leveraged against their workers, and the families of her small North Dakota community. But with the oil company looking to stop her at any cost, Lena will have to confront the demons of her past in order to beat them.

Kidnapped

Renowned Miami detective Anna Dedrick returns to her rural birthplace with hopes of leaving behind the vices of the big city. That dream shatters when the town's pride - an African-American child prodigy - goes missing. As the only woman equipped for the job, Anna takes the case, but soon discovers the town suspecting her estranged brother - and herself.

Super awesome

loved all 3 book series, I listened to them every chance I could.
The narrator did a great job.
If you're unsure about getting this box set let me reassure you that you won't be disappointed.
I hated that it ended, I will definitely be looking for more books from these authors and from the nooks read by this narrator.
All of the books were so good that I hated it ended.

Riveting!

Tense! Held my attention throughout. J.S. Donovan and James Hunt are excellent mystery writers!

Tia, Mikela, and Aundrea did a great job narrating and bringing the characters to life.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

great

Three great grizzly mysteries that I previously read separately, but together they make fir the perfect nightmare material. TAKE the plunge, you won't regret it. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrators did a great job bringing the characters and story to life.

Good plot lines, rushed narration.

I felt like the stories were great ideas, but maybe I was listening to an abridged version? I wanted a bit more elaboration essentially all throughout the book. Great ideas but I wanted to see them fleshed out a little bit more. Also, I felt like the narrator read them like a report. Great job using different voices for a differentiating people, but the inflection on the rest of the story seemed off. Inflection went up and down at strange times… like she had a specific cadence she was going to read every line with regardless of the line itself, or up at the beginning, and then down at the end. Sometimes she even skipped over periods and merged sentences together that didn’t make sense. Also, it felt rushed. I guess I’ll have to read the book myself and see if I feel the same way about the story.

Takes the Awe out of Awesome

A truly awesome book. I took car trips when I didn't need to. I just don't have words for this work. Truly kept me in the action.

Good

Good box sets with three different issue that are uncovered, from a burial grounds, to oil spills. Hours of enjoyment with good narration to read one or all they were good. Given audio for my voluntary review.

better than focusing on being stuck in traffic --

No talent in evidence here -- in either the writing or the reading. To be fair, I didn't get to the third part of this series and I abandoned the second halfway through. There are too many clever writers out there to slog through the mediocrity offered up here.
