Not bad for an abridged version

The performance is great and an interesting story. As the story went along, I checked a few pages like Wikipedia with character and narrative descriptions. I found it to be helpful as the story trucked along so I could keep the names straight. Overall, an entertaining story, but a tough follow to the superior "Farewell, My Lovely".

Why abridged?

Any additional comments?

Why on earth would you do an abridged version of a book that runs to 265 pages? My bad for not checking before I bought.
