It was ok

I haven't read Hemlock Falls, but I might after listening to these books. The plot was good and the characters were likeable. All in all it was a good book. However, the narrator was horrible. He made the women's voices sound whiny and some of the men's voices were irritating. Another thing I did not like was how often the good Dr. stated how lovely his wife was. I think it's great that he still finds her attractive but it was unnecessary to the story and unrealistic. Like I said, it's a good book. Worth a credit and time.

Good Book

Where does The Case of the Roasted Onion rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Upper middle.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Madelyn, she's full of calm and reason.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

No bathroom breaks.

Any additional comments?

I enjoyed this book but you have to pay close attention because of all the characters, it's easy to lose track of them.
