I struggled a bit
I found this book hard to get into in places. I had to keep rewinding & rewinding to understand what was going on & with all the characters. 3/4 way through the book I was enjoying it & loved it. I will get the next one & hopefully I will be fine with the book 2. I loved the Amos Decker books.

intriguing
The narrator was a bit bland, good for falling asleep with. Excellent plot.
