Where does Practice to Deceive rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
David Housewright and Narrator Michael Kramer are a winning combo and this book ranked in the top tier of all of the Audible titles I have listened to. This is my second Housewright/Kramer book and it did not disappoint. The book was fast paced, witty, riveting and impossible to put down.
What did you like best about this story?
The book had a very likeable protagonist and an exceptionally well developed plot. This being said, it was easy to see why this author earned the Edgar Award from the Mystery Writers of America. Just like the first David Housewright I listened to, I was unable to guess the ending and this fact alone scored big points with me.
Have you listened to any of Michael Kramer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I am a huge fan of narrator Michael Kramer and I discovered this David Housewright book when I searched for titles that Michael Kramer had narrated. Michael Kramer's narration of this book was superb.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I do not want to reveal any "spoilers" so I am going to pass on this question.
Any additional comments?
