What did you like best about this story?

the story once again features more of the school and children.
tMaxwell teaching a history lesson about WW1.
where Maxwell's texts are actually going.
the humour as well as the serious topic which runs through the story.

Which character – as performed by Peter Wickham – was your favourite?

the main one Maxwell.

Any additional comments?

will be sad when finish the last audible story in the series.

I wish Mr Maxwell had been my teacher. Full time teacher part time sleuth, these books are full of colourful characters, funny and poignant in turns, but always a great mystery. Maxwell investigates sinister texts sent to his pupils while trying to get to grips with modern technology himself. Missing teenagers, the batty neighbour, miscellaneous strange characters on the staff of the school all help to keep you listening to the last sentence. And wanting more
