It is all in the narrator
Was Locked Doors worth the listening time?
It was an average book and there are for sure better woks on Audible to chose from.
Any additional comments?
The narrator is what kept me involved. I suspect that I might have taken a very long time to complete the reading of a print version. I did not feel the author broke any new ground and he just spent more time with shotguns blazing.

Scariest read ever!!
I loved the first book in this series which led me to this one. I absolutely loved it from beginning to end. The character development was excellent and the narrator was the best I've listened to. I loved how he did the women. Especially Beautiful Maxine. I forgot I was listening to one man read this story I believed in each character and lost myself in the performance and story!!! loved it!!!

Creepy!
I have read most if not all of Blake’s novels, and these early ones are chilling to say the least. He never lets his foot off the gas.

Good second book little slow
I do enjoy this author but this second book and the first had some very slow parts that were great for falling to sleep to but not so great for the story. Sometimes it felt he dragged on certain bits to make the book longer. I did think it got much better towards the end and at times had me on edge. Good adios narration

Hi
It was ok but not nearly as good as Crouch's other novels, particularly Run, Abandon, Dark Matter, and Upgrade.
I didn't realize it was part of a series, either, since I saw no mention of a series in the Audible listing, though when viewing the actual page for it in the app I do. If remember I just looked at the search listing for it before buying. Would be nice if they included series info in that as well.

breathtaking suspense!!
Excellent story line. Suspense beyond belief. Definitely recommend this series and other book from the author. One of my favorite authors.
