Publisher's summary

Let there be light. My name is Calla Price and I'm broken. My pieces are all around me, floating on the wind, even as I desperately try to grasp them. Who is dead? Alive? Insane? What is the truth? I don't know. I do know this: The darkness is strangling me. With every breath, I choke on another lie. My mind has protected me, but that shield will soon be lowered. All will be revealed. Every answer to every question. It's all been leading to this. Don't be afraid. Be terrified.

Unique

This is the 3rd of 3 so read in order. I liked it. This is one of the first trilogy I couldn’t guess what was happening. There are some spots of repeating but I believe they were necessary so the reader could grasp the whole truth and what was actually happening.

That was crazy

I really enjoyed the trilogy. The only problem I really had was the portion of the book where it seemed like everything Calla’s phrases repeated 3 times waaaaaay too much. I get it, I know why but it seemed as though there could’ve been a lot less if that and the point would’ve still came across appropriately. Other then that, I enjoyed the story.

good (some spoilers!)*

I liked the way it all came together.
there are some points that are painfully repetitive, and you feel frustration and not being able to see how it's going to all come together in the end. It doesn't fully explain how the ending was fully changed or how the ring was removed or destroyed if at all. or.. how does Sabine perish? maybe this leaves it open enough for future books, but OVERALL. a great trilogy and unexpected find.

phenomenal

I did not review the first two books because I wanted to wait until I read the third one to determine and how I felt. This book series really spins you around it makes you dizzy it makes you cry it makes you fight for good against evil it makes you fight for love. I highly recommend this book.

Intriguing story

Wow, what a ride! This series keeps you throughly confused until the very end, but in a good way, you just have to keep listening to find out what on earths happening!

Repetitive AF

I really like the 1st 2 but this one was really frustrating. Like 3 hours of the book are the same from the 1&2 books w very minute changes. It was veryyyyy very annoying. I wanted to fast forward to the new stuff. The ending was garbage and I was left wanting so much more.

Fantastic!

I feel like I need to take a really deep breath. Absolutely brilliant. I wanted it to continue to be honest. Thank you to Courtney Cole and Simone Tetrault for a super trippy ride!

Annoying

I enjoyed the first 2.5 parts of the story but the last book almost drove me to the same state of madness as the main character with the never ending repetition.

seriously? sooooo repetitive.....

I'm glad I didn't pay for this one. It's a complete mashup of the first two books and sooooo flippin repetitive ;x it's like the author cut and pasted from her old drafts. Then added a few new snippets here and there. I skipped entire chapters I had heard over and over. This slop is an OCD nightmare......skip it.
Spoiler alert....kismet always wins in the end and the power couple end up together. Meh.....so cheesy.

Huh?

Interesting story I guess. This book does not follow any writing structure. Take everything you know from the previous books and throw it out the window. The only thing that keeps you intrigued is the desire to have the story come full circle. It almost like the writer sat down to write with lots of incomplete ideas and decided to jumble them up and say here you go you make sense of it. While I didn't care for how this is written the series might be excellent for a book club it would be interesting to hash out details and thoughts with others.
