Editorial Reviews

A great entry into John Creasy's Scotland Yard crime fiction series, Inspector West Regrets hits all the notes that make a great sleuthing story. In a performance ranging from severe to puckish, Tim Bentinck makes all the characters - especially the titular Rodger West - thrilling to listen to.
Inspector Rodger "Handsome" West of Scotland Yard, is once again called in for a mysterious murder case. The victim: Anthony Kelham, found dead in his infamous financier father's library. And the suspects make up a long list: from enemies, and rivals of the notorious financier to Grisdale Fayne the spurned love and the shadowy figure Mr. Alexander. It is up to chief inspector West to solve this case - and rescue his reputation.

Enter the fantastically lovely Mrs Kelham…
