Nikki Heat and Derrick Storm, New York Times best-selling author Richard Castle's most enduring and beloved characters, team up for the first time to save Nikki's mother, Cynthia, who has been in hiding (and presumed dead) for 17 years. Excellent close to a great series.

This book was great. It had a lot of action, a good twist and lots of political intrigue. Heat and Storm working together made for excellent chemistry. Closed out all of the ongoing mysteries in both series. Highly recommend both the Nikki Heat and Derrick Storm books to anyone who enjoys a good mystery with intrigue.

Heat & Storm Together at Last

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep writing the Nikki Heat (and Derek Storm) novels. I was so glad to see this book. I feared "Richard Castle", whomever he may be, wouldn't continue with the books, after the TV series Castle was canceled. I miss spending my Monday evenings with Beckett, Castle, and the team. These books enable the characters to still live, so to speak.
