Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

A cute Christmas short read with a few laugh out loud parts. The characters were original but the narration was better than the story.

The Forensic Female Is On A Holiday Case!

Where does Felony Fruitcake rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This series as a whole, when narrated by Michelle Babb rank very high up on my favorite audio book cozy mystery series.

What did you like best about this story?

I LOVED hearing a story told from Sue Jan's point of view! At first I was weary that Lovita was not the one narrating and nowhere to be found, but then quickly loved this change of pace. Seeing Sue Jan navigate this mystery on her own without Lovita was actually a fun little treat!

What about Michelle Babb’s performance did you like?

She absolutely brings these characters to life. I find myself laughing & cringing and everything in between as I listen to this series, and I love it!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, and I did! I was looking so forward to this holiday treat (even though its March now), and I curled up with this book and a hot cocoa and listened along while trying to guess "whodunnit."

Any additional comments?

This was a fun treat, and had all of the best qualities of the "Fat Ladies" series from a different perspective. It's short and sweet, and the ending is one which I suspected but then doubted myself heavily and kept me guessing a bit, which I loved. It's definitely not someone you would suspect! I was gifted this audiobook for an honest review, and this review is 100% my own honest opinion!
